Process oils & lubricants

Lubricants
Product Description:

Process oils and lubricants are used in pumps, gearboxes, motors, compressors, bearings, and ancillary equipment. Lubricants are selected to reduce friction, wear, and heat generation, while also supporting equipment longevity and consistent performance.

In regulated environments, selection is based on equipment requirements, operating conditions, contamination risk, and compatibility with facility standards, including considerations for incidental contact or cleanroom-adjacent use where applicable.

Technical Specifications:

Lubricant types:

  • Mineral-based oils

  • Synthetic oils

  • Food-grade and incidental-contact lubricants (where required)

Viscosity grades:

  • ISO VG grades ranging from low-viscosity oils (e.g., ISO VG 32) to higher-viscosity oils (e.g., ISO VG 460), application dependent

Operating temperature range:

  • Suitable for ambient service through elevated operating temperatures

Application areas:

  • Bearings

  • Gearboxes

  • Pumps and compressors

  • Mechanical drives

Packaging options:

  • Containers, pails, drums (size dependent on usage)

Design considerations:

  • Oxidation and thermal stability

  • Compatibility with seals and elastomers

  • Compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
